Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales process to achieve business targets.
Technical Consultation: Understand product applications, provide recommendations, and communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
Customer Support & Training: Act as a front-line technical support resource, developing and delivering product/industry training to both internal teams and clients.
Pre-Sales & Project Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, bid proposals, and custom solution designs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, address technical inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving complaints effectively.
Quality & Compliance Coordination: Drive and coordinate product quality concerns with internal teams at HQ and external stakeholders.
Market Insights & Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and gather customer insights to provide valuable feedback for business development.
Marketing & Product Strategy: Develop marketing plans and promotional efforts to drive sales for assigned product lines.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Diploma, Bachelor's, or Professional Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
Sales Experience: Prior experience in industrial or engineering plastics sales is an advantage.
Technical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: High energy, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to communicate effectively across functions.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking clients).
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for both planned and impromptu business trips.
