JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintain confidentiality throughout the process of tender.
• Review of tender documents and identify customer requirements.
• Co-ordinate all inter-department inputs for inclusion in tender submission and for cost preparation.
• Preparation of technical and commercial clarification post review of tender documents.
• Identify third party / subcontract scope of services and get proposals from suitable vendors / subcontractors.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of third-party proposals and negotiation.
• Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tender and risk review.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Chemical/Electrical.
• Candidate with 2-3 years Project Sales Proposal Experience. Must have proven records on Project Proposal Experience for Major Projects Process and Instrumentation technical knowledge.
• Good skill sets of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Must have customer service handling experience.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint is compulsory.
• Chemical or Engineering background preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and well-organized personality.
• Good time management skills, must meet Tender Bidding Timeline.
• Leadership quality, strategic and mature thinking.
