About the Role:
The National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore's national teacher education institute, invites applications for a Senior Technical Specialist in Information Technology (IT).

This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic department with faculty members, staff, and students of NIE/NTU. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing IT operations of the LSA department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform maintenance and upgrading of department's IT assets.
• Propose and monitor department's IT-related budget.
• Provide classroom support to instructors in the use of IT assets and educational technology applications.
• Support emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence for education.
• Manage and maintain department's virtual servers and web applications.
• Manage and archive department's students' research data.
