We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Officer to join our client in the Facilities Management industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Asst. Managers/Engineer in the daily operations.
Lead a team in the provision and implementation of Building maintenance services for the building.
Troubleshoot building service failures when necessary.
Supervise, plan, and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routines.
Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the Client's facilities through routine checks and preventive maintenance strategies.
Source, negotiate, and follow up with contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work is done according to specifications.
Check & ensure adequacy of spares & stocks for repairs & maintenance function of equipment.
Compile, collate, and analyse operational data and reports for continuous improvement.
Ensure all statutory licenses and permits are renewed timely.
Follow up with term contractors on defects rectification after the servicing work.
Follow up with ad-hoc VO job i.e. prepare quotation, service report, update tracking list, raise purchase order and issue to the subcontractors.
Support Tenancy team for Inspection when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Able to read build drawings and architectural drawings.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
