Technical Manager - Security/CCTV
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the technical aspects of security system projects, specifically CCTV systems.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal locations for CCTV cameras and equipment.
- Design and develop CCTV system architectures and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of security systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- With 6 or more years working experience in the Security Industry.
- Prior experience in handling at least 5 or more engineers.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
