Technical Manager (Government / Infrastructure)

• Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure planning, implementation, and operations for digital systems.
• Drive architecture design with a focus on infrastructure reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), network setup, storage, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Guide teams in technology selection, system design, and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as QA, UX, and operations, to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the technical liaison among stakeholders, providing status updates and solutions.
• Create architectural documentation and provide guidance to development teams and stakeholders.
• Lead technical planning, estimations, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in ICT infrastructure operations, solution design, application/system architecture, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with infrastructure design, network and storage systems, and security frameworks.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Low Code/No Code platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in delivering government projects (with familiarity in GCC and IM8 compliance).
