Technical Manager - CCTV & Security Access

Job Scope

• Manage the installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV cameras, access control systems and related security technologies
• Monitor and troubleshoot security systems to ensure optimal performance and address any technical issues in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to coordinate system upgrades, expansions and incident response
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the management of security technologies
• Provide technical training and support to end-users to promote effective utilisation of security systems
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all security infrastructure and related activities
• Contribute to the development of security strategies and technology roadmaps

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical management role within the security industry
• Strong working knowledge of CCTV systems, access control technologies, network security, and related hardware/software solutions
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with security systems
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications (e.g. CCTV, access control, security systems)
