Technical Executive (M&E Designer/ Modeller - Mechanical)

About the role

As a Technical Executive (M&E Designer/BIM Modeller - Mechanical) at Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in the Engineering team, contributing to the design and development of mechanical systems for various projects. This is a full-time position based in Jurong West, West Region.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in planning, design and preparing the Mechanical services drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as the upgrading of existing buildings’ drawings for tender (These services include sanitary and plumbing, gas, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, integrated building management system, fire protection systems, RETV calculation & etc).
• Liaise with Engineer-in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval.
• Prepare all Mechanical tender drawings in 2D and 3D format (eg. Using AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software).
  

What we're looking for

• Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant Experience Minimum: 3 – 5 years of drafting experience in Mechanical building services in consultancy firm.
• Professional Knowledge/ Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software Have a good understand of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
