Job Responsibilities

• To prepare drawings for presentation, tender documentation, variation order and relevant submission.
• Design sketches are checked for compliance with Technical Department / Authorities.
• Timeliness of schedule for drawing activities must adhere to the norm.
• All approved design / feedback / comments arising from checking must be incorporated in the final drawings.
• All drawings must be prepared in accordance to ISO Manual and other statutory requirements.
• All computer-drawing files, including BIM drawings, must be cleaned and tidied upon completion of drawings.
• To process design sketches / drawings and highlight any non-compliances prior to commencement of working drawings. All non-compliances must be resolved within the stipulated time frame.
• To submit drawings to the relevant Technical Department / Authorities as stipulated in the timeliness of schedule of activity.
• Time frame of submission must meet the norm.
• Type of drawings with the endorsements, documents and numbers of sets are submitted correctly.
• To discharge other relevant works / duties that may be assigned as and when. Duties must be carried out in accordance to work requirements.
• To co-ordinate and lead a team of draughtsmen on project basis as Drafting Project Team Leader.
• Draughtsman involved in the project must be briefed on the scope of work in the project.
• Drafting works are planned and distributed evenly to all draughtsmen in the team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture or Equivalent
• Experienced in tender documentation, BIM and submissions to technical agencies.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD and BIM modelling is a MUST with ArchiCAD preferred.
• Good knowledge in Architecture design & construction.
• Passionate, Team Player and willingness to learn
• Positive work attitude, responsible with good follow-up skills
