Technical Design Manager (Mechanical/ Piping)

Job Responsibilities

Product Management

• Oversee product life cycles, including new products and accessory updates, while maintaining a solution and product catalogue for commercialization.
• Collaborate with partners for new product application development and address product complaints, establishing a database to track product usage in projects.
• Conduct market research to develop competitive strategies for product development in Southeast Asia and China.

Design Management

• Standardize design fundamentals and lead a team of designers to ensure alignment with local needs.
• Build relationships with influential project consultants for technical specifications, tracking leads as KPIs.

Commercial Responsibilities

• Define product choices and annual plans with the commercial team to meet market demand and support new development.
• Conduct on-site examinations of key projects to validate product functionality and implement improvements, providing technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and R&D to design promotion schemes and training programs, ensuring alignment with global product strategy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree In Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 8 years of product and application experience in the Construction/Engineering industry.
• Revit and AutoCAD
• Good business negotiation and presentation skills, with excellent communication abilities for engaging with other stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills to guide a technical team and drive business growth effectively.
