Technical Assistant / Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Attends to breakdown calls and provides front line maintenance support. Performs daily operational checks on Clubhouse Facilities and M&E services.
2. Carry out in-house minor M&E works and attend to all M&E defects in the Club’s premise and other ancillary buildings.
3. Conduct checks, servicing, and preventive maintenance to the air-conditioning system, electrical, plumbing installation, and building services of the Club.
4. Provide M&E service support to events and functions by setting up and operating Audio-Visual equipment, Sound System, P.A. System, etc.
5. Conduct minor painting activities to upkeep Clubhouse façade.
6. Inspect, check, and test all safety devices and features.

Job Requirements

1. GCE 'O' Level/NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Building.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in facility/building maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrical/mechanical systems preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of electrical wirings and building M&E services.
4. Can-do attitude and ability to adapt in various conditions.
5. Excellent team player.
6. Able to commit to working on weekends and public holidays.
