Job description

Job Summary

Provide critical support on all the purchasing and administration for food and beverage including liquor, complying with all F&B policies and standards.

  • Able to commit at least 3 full days per week or daily half-day (subject to applicant availability and work nature)
  • Able to work in a technical/warehouse environment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Raise Purchase Requisition Request and upkeep administration.
  • Coordinate with Club Purchaser to fulfill the order and ensure products/items are purchased correctly in terms of quality and quantity.
  • Upkeep and maintain a variety of categories of purchase items for easy reference.
  • Conduct stock check/stock count (e.g., fertilizers in packets and hardware products).
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review.
  • Accurately track assigned tasks/purchase requisitions.
  • Attend meetings and training whenever possible.
  • All other related tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.

  • Accurate in record keeping.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Meticulous and organized individual.
  • Team player with the ability to work cordially with colleagues/departments.
