Job Description

As a SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining projects; providing consultancy services; specializing in ERP products; ensuring the quality of services; and achieving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Investigate all reported problems/errors and initiate amendments and testing to ensure the system operates correctly and efficiently.
2. Propose effective workarounds or alternative solutions, oversee the selection of solutions, and estimate resources/costs required to implement the proposed solution to meet customer requirements.
3. Manage changes to configurable items, covering configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls, and audits.
4. Conduct review and integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT.
5. Develop technical design specifications and translate designs into specifications.
6. Develop test packages, execute tests, and document test results to ensure the quality of the program.
7. Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
8. Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
