Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements
    • Process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
    • Generate and manage invoices
    • Assist with audit preparations and processes
    • Develop and monitor budgets
    • Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders
  2. Grant Management:
    • Assist in preparing grant applications
    • Follow up on grant submissions and manage reporting requirements
    • Track grant expenditures and ensure compliance with grant terms
  3. Administrative Duties:
    • Oversee office administration and maintenance
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
    • Coordinate with IT support to ensure smooth operations
    • Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes
  4. Human Resources:
    • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments
    • Oversee employee contract management
    • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Handle employment pass applications for international hires
    • Manage the employment pass application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities
  5. Strategic Planning:
    • Contribute to the company's strategic planning process
    • Identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
    • Provide financial insights to support business decisions
