Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements
Process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
Generate and manage invoices
Assist with audit preparations and processes
Develop and monitor budgets
Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders
Grant Management:
Assist in preparing grant applications
Follow up on grant submissions and manage reporting requirements
Track grant expenditures and ensure compliance with grant terms
Administrative Duties:
Oversee office administration and maintenance
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Coordinate with IT support to ensure smooth operations
Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes
Human Resources:
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments
Oversee employee contract management
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employment pass applications for international hires
Manage the employment pass application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the company's strategic planning process
Identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
Provide financial insights to support business decisions
