Team Leader

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of Technicians and Operators to conduct and or complete a given task.
• To communicate a clear instruction to team members to perform activities accordingly.
• Supervise the flow of day-to-day operation making sure that activities are done in a safe manner.
• Perform operation, monitoring, and maintenance of machinery and equipment for operation.
• To ensure to meet projected output according to the plan given by the Manager.
• To make sure that team members comply with SOP and Safety Procedures, based on EHS when running Operations.
• To perform preventive maintenance from time to time and or according to scheduled (Weekly/Monthly Preventive Maintenance).
• To maintain and make sure that all equipment is in good working condition.
• To follow and uphold security procedures.
• To perform precise weighing and proper labeling of the recovered products in container/drums/tanker following customer requirements.
• To perform 5S and ensure a secure, clean, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder; Engineering or Chemistry field preferred
• Literate in Microsoft Office
• Good working attitude; responsible and initiative
• Possess the "hands-on" attitude
• Possess forklift driving Licence an added advantage

Remuneration

• Working hours: shift work as per schedule
