Team Lead, Logistics (Warehouse ops / Exp in Supervising / AWS / VB

Responsibilities

1. Manage inbound and outbound operation activities.
2. Monitor day-to-day operation activities to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation.
3. Manage operations and process efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Communicate with customers to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Coordinate with the warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
6. Support team work on daily reporting such as inventory report and warehouse and distribution tracking report.
7. Assist in quality control and continuous improvement.
8. Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom records, and ensure accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
9. Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse/logistics environment.
2. Experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
3. Experience in 3PL is an advantage.
4. Proficient in computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS).
5. Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
6. Forklift license is an added advantage.
