Team Lead - Customer Service Operations (Tuas / Woodlands / Salary up to $3450)

Job Responsibilities

• To assist Supervisor in overseeing the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staff deployment, running of manpower operations and handling of enquiries.
• Attending to all operational matters and making situational decisions to minimize disruption to the operation.
• Ensure that all staff deployed on site adhere to the general rules relating to personal safety, security & guidelines.
• Ensuring proper distribution of workload among the team.
• Providing training and guidance to CSOs to ensure that they are able to perform their daily tasks.
• Attending to emergencies, urgent calls, and implementing contingency plans procedures in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals, and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition.
• Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of the shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted.
• Submitting daily statement of accounts together with the relevant reports and cash bank-in slips using the format approved.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned.
• A good team player, possessing a cheerful personality and a positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle a high volume of work.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.
