Team Lead, Creative (Junior - MICE Industry)

As a Team Lead, Creative (Junior), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Leading the creative direction for clients’ events and execution.
• Develop original ideas and creative concepts.
• Overseeing the development and execution of conference events, ensuring they are innovative and aligned with industry trends.
• Translating client briefs into compelling creative strategies and actionable concepts.
• Work closely with the project management team to brainstorm, refine, and execute creative concepts.
• Present creative concepts and proposals to clients.
• Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring that creative solutions align with their vision and objectives.
• Accountable for the team performance in terms of revenue generation and financial success of creative projects.
• Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches, proposals, and creative solutions that win new clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
