Team Head, SEA, Corporate Banking - Major Financial Institution

This is an exciting opportunity to drive and execute the business strategy for the bank's corporate banking business in SEA, achieving overall P&L, revenue, loan and business growth targets.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team, ensuring effective coverage of key corporate client relationships.
2. Increase client wallet share and identify cross selling opportunities.
3. Drive portfolio growth for the SEA business.
4. Engage in strategic dialogues at C-level and propose financing solutions.
5. Ensure the bank operates within its defined risk management appetite.

Requirements

1. Strong academic qualifications and at least 15 years of relevant corporate banking experience, including covering large corporations in the Commodities sectors in SEA.
2. Well versed with the SEA market landscape and effective in developing cross regional and global business collaboration.
3. Robust business network in SEA and extensive knowledge of corporate banking products.
4. Good track record growing a business and team management experience.
5. Strong communicator, able to work with stakeholders across countries and regions in a matrix environment.
