Team Head, SEA, Corporate Banking - Major Financial Institution

Responsibilities

You will lead a team, ensuring effective coverage of key corporate client relationships, increasing client wallet share, identifying cross selling opportunities and driving portfolio growth for the SEA business. Strong client engagement, proven business origination and execution track record and balance sheet optimization are key deliverables. While steering returns and portfolio profitability, you will ensure the bank is operating within its defined risk management appetite. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will engage in strategic dialogues at C-level and propose financing solutions.

Requirements

You have strong academic qualifications and at least 15 years of relevant corporate banking experience including covering large corporations in the Commodities sectors in SEA. You are well versed with the SEA market landscape and are effective in developing cross regional and global business collaboration, identifying strategic business opportunities. Having a robust business network in SEA, extensive knowledge of corporate banking products, good track record growing a business and team management experience is essential. A strong communicator, you are able to work with stakeholders across countries and regions in a matrix environment.
