Job Description:

Position Summary

The Team Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of support to the department, completing word/information assignments, maintaining various programs initiated by the department and projecting a favorable image for TD Bank in all interactions. This position reports directly to the Director, Marketing & Regional Business Development Asia-Pacific.

Duties and Accountabilities

1. Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties for the assigned team(s) and ensuring the smooth operation of the duties assigned.

2. Coordinating travel arrangements that meet the Bank's travel policy and requirements.

3. Scheduling and coordinating with internal and external parties on visits and presentations.

4. Completing assignments accurately and confidentially within the required deadlines and conducting appropriate follow-up.

5. Processing expense reports and managing reconciliation, in accordance with the Bank’s policy.

6. Supporting and facilitating projects initiated by the bank's business lines.

7. Effectively communicating with other employees and fostering strong teamwork among peers.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum 10+ years of equivalent work experience supporting teams/departments.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

3. Strong communication skills in English for regional collaboration.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

5. Highly organized and detail-oriented.

6. University degree preferred.

7. Experience in managing an office for an international company is a plus.
