Your key responsibilities:
  1. SRE / Production support of PaaS infrastructure which includes incident, change, problem management with a focus on maintaining the platform secure and stable.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, Customer success teams to host containerized workloads using above technologies in the standardized, governed and bank-approved manner.
  3. Collaborate and co-ordinate with application groups within the Singapore region.
  4. Work closely with various vendors and internal teams, to ensure compliance with technology roadmap and security requirements on application, infrastructure, and operating system level.
  5. Enhanced operational activities with trouble shooting and resolving issues requiring system functional knowledge and advanced knowledge of the underlying technologies being supported.
  6. Automate manual interactions with our systems. Define and implement self-healing and self-management for the platforms.
  7. Maintain and improve our observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and Splunk.
Your skills and experience:
  1. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a SRE support role.
  2. Exposure to middleware technologies like WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat.
  3. Experienced in operating/programming for Openshift or Kubernetes.
  4. Working experience of Linux, Containers, Ansible like configuration/automation tools, and OpenShift technologies.
  5. Experience with monitoring stack like Grafana and Prometheus.
  6. Good understanding and basic programming skills in Python, Ansible and Go.
  7. Work experience in operations, infrastructure models with strong troubleshooting skills including basic networking knowledge.
  8. Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL process is required to perform BAU activities.
  9. Experience of support within an SRE type model.
  10. Experience and knowledge with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  11. Experience of working in an Agile environment.
  12. Good communication skills and ability to work with other technical groups.
  13. Good stakeholder management skills.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
