Tanah Merah Clinic Assistant

Looking for Singaporean Clinic Assistants who are able to do SHIFT WORK (day/evening shift). They are expected to be proficient at the relevant duties, including but not limited to the following:

Counter Duties

1. Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments
2. Performing Specialist/Hospital referrals
3. Ensuring laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors
4. Following up on treatment/blood tests and vaccination
5. Handling of incoming calls and enquiries
6. Assisting doctors with chaperoning

Administrative Tasks

1. Submission of subsidised claims
2. Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes
3. Stock take
4. Scanning of documents
