Job Summary:

This role is responsible for creating and implementing integrated strategies that enhance talent performance, development, and engagement. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to manage talent pipelines, foster employee growth, and design impactful learning experiences. By combining talent management and development functions, this position ensures that employees are equipped and empowered to succeed in their roles and contribute to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of talent management and learning initiatives to drive business outcomes and employee growth.
  • Identify development opportunities and provide actionable career pathways for employees from the annual performance review process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, participating in the development of talent pipelines and addressing critical skill gaps through targeted development programs.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives, to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, health & wellness programs, promote a culture of continuous learning, and improve retention rates.
  • Collaborate with leaders to build and update competency models that guide talent acquisition, development, and evaluation.
  • Leverage data insights from performance metrics, learning outcomes, and employee feedback to measure success and recommend improvements.
  • Utilize HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline talent management and development processes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by equipping employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to evolving business priorities.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of talent management practices and learning program design.
  • Ability to integrate talent development and learning strategies seamlessly.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a multinational or complex organizational structure.
