Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design, curate and implement programs and diverse learning solutions that drive capability-building and prepare the workforce for the future.
  2. Deliver and facilitate training programs and interventions, utilizing expertise in learning methodologies and training evaluation to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  3. Perform analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track program impact, learning utilization, and other talent and learning development outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize learning opportunities and budgets to develop Best in Class programs and initiatives.
  5. Be savvy with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning platforms.
  6. Lead learning technological solutions and stay well-versed in emerging trends such as mobile learning, digital content platforms, AI-powered learning environments, learning gamification, automated assessments, and adaptive learning.
  7. Provide operational and systems optimization support to the team.
  8. Monitor, assess, and report on training expenditures, and conduct periodic reviews of talent and learning development policies.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Talent Management/Learning & Development team.
  3. Knowledge and experience in andragogy and learning management technology.
  4. Knowledge in instructional design, specifically in the development of interactive, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.
  5. Ability to conduct stand-up facilitation.
  6. Experience in project management and budgeting.
  7. Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build interpersonal relationships.
  8. Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
