  • Spearhead implementation and calibration of succession planning and talent management process.
  • Champion enterprise-wide learning programs, leadership development initiatives ensuring organisation’s talent bench strength is well nurtured in support of organisational objectives.

Our client is a leading government-linked organisation in Singapore. Operating within an ecosystem of public and government-linked organisations they are invested in infrastructure projects, high technology innovation and development, and security infrastructure development across Asia and Middle East. In line with continued growth aspiration they are currently recruiting for a Talent Development Lead.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Talent Partnering: Talent conduit for the business unit with overall responsibility of a robust learning culture and established succession planning framework.
  • Learning & Development: Lead Learning Needs Analysis process aligned with business objectives and develop Total Learning Plan. Oversee enterprise-wide learning programs, leadership and skill development programs.
  • Talent Management: Oversee Talent Management by implementing Hi-Potential development and Succession Planning initiatives under COE guidance. Support the business in talent reviews and succession planning processes.
  • Digital Learning: Explore and integrate technology-driven and microlearning modules into the L&D framework.
  • Internship Program Management: Develop, execute and manage internship programmes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor project development and milestones, and enhance operational efficiency to support departmental objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Business / Sociology / Communications.
  • More than 10 years of work experience in organisational learning & development and talent management. Prior experience in end-to-end talent management process is vital.
  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and people management skills.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
