Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing) 6 months temp

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers on the recruitment process sourcing, screening, offering and providing interview evaluations and tracking the status of the candidates.
• Advise hiring departments on headcount availability and raise the Job Requisition in the Workday to commence the hiring process.
• Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk-in to the Talent Hub to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments.
• Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data.
• Manage resumes received; ensure applicants' information are updated in the Workday.
• Disseminate shortlisted applicants to Departments for review and track outcome.
• Manage and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates; ensuring good candidates' experience.
• Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards.
• Prepare salary proposals for shortlisted candidates and extend offer to candidate; ensuring proposed salaries are in alignment with internal guidelines.
• Participate and support recruitment activities and events.
• Prepare and generate reports as required.
• Support the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance to the strategies and work-plans for the team.
• Perform any other jobs as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope.
  
  
  
  
  Job Requirements
  
  Education & Certification
• Diplom / Degree education
  
  Experience
• At least two years of recruitment experience. Applicants with prior experience as a recruitment consultant and those with prior HR experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role.
• Prior experience in handling recruitment for mass hiring and Executive positions will be an advantage.
  
  Other Prerequisites
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
• Possess good people, communication skills, detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Possess knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws / Employment Act is an advantage.
• A good team player and able to work under tight timelines and fast-paced environment.
• Have a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Fluent in written and conversational English.
