Working closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, you will drive recruitment strategies, enhance talent sourcing efforts, and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s workforce.
What you'll be doing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, shortlisting, and facilitating interviews with Hiring Managers
Prepare and extend salary offers while ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines
Coordinate a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions
Continuously review and refine recruitment and onboarding processes to uphold best HR practices in healthcare staffing
Identify and recommend suitable talent sourcing platforms based on market trends and hiring needs
Organise and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation’s Employee Value Proposition
Strengthen digital recruitment efforts by leveraging e-hiring platforms and online talent networks
Support other talent acquisition and HR initiatives as required
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree level in Business or HR Management
3 - 4 years of experience in talent acquisition; healthcare-related exposure will be advantageous
Strong understanding of HR and employment laws with the ability to apply them effectively
Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Resourceful, meticulous, and process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
Proactive in exploring innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to drive recruitment initiatives successfully
