Responsibilities

1. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
2. Prepare and present salary proposals based on market trends, internal equity, and candidate expectations.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
4. Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
5. Support HR operations, including recruitment documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition experience.
