The Talent Acquisition Executive (Maternity Cover) will support and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and select candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The incumbent will also help build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the TA Partner, HR Account Managers/Partners, and hiring managers to fulfil recruitment needs for designated departments.
Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract active candidates.
Proactively source passive candidates using a range of recruitment tools and channels.
Screen and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring manager review.
Coordinate and facilitate candidate assessments and interviews (both in-person and virtual).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for reporting and analysis.
Support and participate in employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and other TA-related activities.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
A proactive team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with ATS and various job platforms.
Qualification
Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment (e.g., agency setting).
Candidates without a degree must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
