Outreach and engagement with potential candidates through emails, social media, or phone calls to gauge their interest in open positions and to inform them about job opportunities.
Conduct initial communications with candidates to understand their background, skills, and career goals.
Evaluate and screen candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process.
Maintain and manage the talent pool, ensuring efficient candidate tracking and management.
Communicate seamlessly with candidates and internal teams from diverse cultural backgrounds to ensure a great candidate experience.
Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g., support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate the company as a great place to work for all candidates.
Create and share company job postings and branding content (such as simple posts and videos) on social media and community platforms to attract potential candidates.
Promote company culture and enhance the employer branding within the industry.
Requirements:
1-2 years of recruitment experience in the Web3 industry.
Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., Boss, LinkedIn, and other alternative sourcing techniques).
Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
Experience in employer branding through social media and community platforms is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Web3 industry and its hiring landscape.
