Recruit, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Brief new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company policies and goal.
Work closely with managers to define specific position requirement.
Develop and implement candidate search strategies.
Assess effectiveness of search strategies and adjust plan as necessary.
Plan and organize in the local institute Career Fair and public Job Fair.
Keep abreast with Tertiary events & build close relationship thereby to tap on fresh graduates.
Develop a talent data bank to be proactive in recruitment & selection activities.
Enhance our employer branding through social media, events, and digital campaigns
Required Experience and Qualifications :
Business Degree preferably with post graduate Diploma in HR or its equivalent
A track record of successful employee relations in a challenging environment, ideally gained in a production and customer service environment is preferred
A business focused HR person with drive, energy, tenacity
Track record of achieving significant culture change
Comfortable working in a complex matrix in a time of considerable change
Intellectually robust who relishes working in multiple teams
Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
