Key Accountabilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews.
2. Responsible for reviewing the recruitment strategy, campaigns and achieving the recruitment target and building talent pipelines.
3. Active involvement in career fairs and networking sessions.
4. Liaise with statutory agencies and governing body on the necessary licenses.
5. Work closely with HR Business Partner and hiring managers on their recruitment needs.
6. Prepare salary proposal and obtain the required approvals.
7. Update recruitment tracking reports in a timely manner.
8. Continuously develop a wide talent pool of suitable candidates.
9. Respond to calls and emails from stakeholders.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Management or related disciplines.
2. Preferably 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Experience from in-house or agency is preferred.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
