Key Highlights

- Working Hours: Mon- Fri (office hours)
- Salary: Up to $4,000 per month
- Contract Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source and hire quality candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services to manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
HR Administrative Support:
- Coordinate uniform access and allocation for new hires.
- Process monthly allowance disbursement for pre-service sponsorship students and interns.
- Arrange pre-employment medical exams for interns.
- Submit funding claims to Ministry in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update training and vaccination records for audit purposes.
Employee Engagement and Coordination:
- Organize logistics for HOD meetings and employee engagement sessions.
Key Requirements:
- ONLY SINGAPOREAN
- Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
- Knowledge/background in healthcare will be a huge advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition or equivalent.
