Talent Acquisition Partner – HealthTech Product | Long Term Contract

Our client, a leading HealthTech product company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Singapore on a 1-year extendable contract. As they gear up for a major transformation, they are anticipating a surge in technology hires and need a proactive and strategic recruiter to support their growth. What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including Senior Solutions Architects, Program Managers, Software Engineers, Digital & Product Managers, and Business Analysts.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Singapore and Sydney, serving as the main point of contact for all tech hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and HR teams.
  • Stay ahead of the latest AI-driven recruitment tools and industry trends to optimize the hiring process.
  • Utilize Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools to track and manage talent pipelines effectively.
  • Take ownership of senior-level hiring when required, demonstrating flexibility and strategic thinking.

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience.
  • A strong track record in technology hiring, particularly in software engineering and product development.
  • Experience working on transformation-related hiring, with an ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across different levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or other ATS platforms, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI recruitment tools is a plus!
  • Regional hiring experience across Singapore and Sydney is highly desirable.
