Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to adapt and optimize recruitment strategies.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews, pre-screen interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet position requirements.

Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interviewers and assist in the development of interview questions and assessments.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Foster positive candidate experiences by maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.

Employer Branding:

  • Actively promote the organization's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
  • Participate in employer branding events, job fairs, and other recruitment-related activities.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Data and Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

Compliance and Diversity:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
