Talent Acquisition Manager
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to adapt and optimize recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial resume reviews, pre-screen interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet position requirements.
Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interviewers and assist in the development of interview questions and assessments.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Foster positive candidate experiences by maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Employer Branding:
- Actively promote the organization's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
- Participate in employer branding events, job fairs, and other recruitment-related activities.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs.
- Keep stakeholders informed about recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Data and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Compliance and Diversity:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
