Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function, develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure operational excellence in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including hiring plans, forecasting, and market trend analysis
- Manage recruitment expenditures, track key metrics, and drive cost savings
- Foster a strong employment brand and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Supervise and develop the recruitment team to achieve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition management or a similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, industry trends, and recruitment guidelines
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
