Supporting the Campus Recruitment Lead to develop and execute initiatives aligned to our global campus recruitment mandate.
Assist in the global campus operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as interviews coordination, event planning, logistical coordination, and talent marketing.
Supporting the talent acquisition activities globally such as coordinating and scheduling of interviews, reference/background checks, screening and shortlisting of CVs etc.
Any other ad hoc administrative duties when required.
Qualifications/Capabilities
- Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in HR and/or Talent Acquisition/Campus Recruitment.
- Available to commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship.
- Demonstrates strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Possesses a hands-on approach, meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- A team player, creative and self-starter.
- High level of interpersonal, specifically communication and writing skills.
- Proficient IT skills, familiar with search engines and databases. System knowledge in SuccessFactors, recruitment databases, MS Office, and Outlook is advantageous.
