Our client is a leading company in developing and designing data centers, tailored to meet all of their client's business needs. They are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition (Hiring Specialist) to join their team. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top talent to support their growing business.

What will you be working on

  1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to attract the best candidates for various positions.
  2. Sourcing Candidates: Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  3. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the decision-making process.
  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  5. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, ensuring timely recruitment of qualified candidates. Collaborate closely with HR teams in the Malaysia and Indonesia branches as part of regional business expansion.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key hiring metrics.
  7. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and core values to attract high-quality candidates and enhance recruitment success.
  8. Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities align with local labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.

What they're looking for

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and the Employment Act in Singapore
  • Knowledge of human resources practices related to the construction industry
  • Previous experience in the data center industry
