Our client, a healthcare institution in Singapore is currently seeking candidates to join them as a Talent Acquisition Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of all full-time and contract employees
- Place job advertisements and utilise suitable recruitment strategies to source for the right candidates
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation for new employees and handle off-boarding process
- Handle all necessary documentation from recruitment to onboarding
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Track and update weekly recruitment status to Head of HR
- Administer re-employment according to the Retirement and Re-employment Act
- Process agencies’ service agreements and invoices for approval
- Manage contract renewals
- Liaise with government agencies for government grant claim submissions
- Update insurance and medical service provider of employee movements
- Assist in HR organised events
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR, Business or related
- At least 2 years of experience in a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition focused position
- Prior experience in handling high volume recruitment is advantageous
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
