We are looking for a Learning and Culture Officer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
• Develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the hiring process.
