Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment processes (e.g., posting of opening positions on job portals, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, preparation and facilitating onboarding of new hires).
  2. Champion in building employer branding (career fairs, talks, industry partnerships).
  3. Plan, schedule, and lead recruitment activities.
  4. Manage recruitment budget.
  5. Work closely with HRBPs and stakeholders to establish recruitment needs and manage the full recruiting process to deliver consistent and timely manpower results.
  6. Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of HR metrics.
  7. Analyze recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities.
  8. Any other HR duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR.
  2. Candidate with F & B experience would be an added advantage.
  3. Well-versed in local employment legislations.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  6. A good team player who can work independently in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision required.
