We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation!

Overview:

In this role, you will be able to take ownership in providing consultation to the business on recruitment-related topics and work closely with business leaders across the region and cross-functionally. You will be able to develop and implement proactive sourcing and recruitment programs while building a pipeline of qualified and diverse external candidates ranging from early career to experienced talents.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans to identify suitable talents in a timely manner.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both early careers and experienced talents, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Support the implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talents (including both early careers & experienced talents).
  • Oversee and execute high-volume early careers hiring ranging from internships to graduate roles.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, career centers, and external partners to create a consistent pipeline of fresh graduate and early careers talent.
  • Be the ambassador and represent the company in career fairs and relevant events/speaker sessions to attract young talents.
  • Formulate sourcing strategies to identify critical talents, build a strong pipeline, and develop talent maps for critical roles.
  • Be proactive in staying updated on key talent movements and build a strong network of high-quality talent pool.
  • Applies strong business acumen in consultation with the business to provide market and talent insights.
  • Maintain and update candidate tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting while maintaining compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and provide recruitment insights and recommend strategies to support business direction for People-related topics.
  • Being involved in wider TA/HR initiatives & projects when required to support the People agenda for the organization.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Degree in HR/Business or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant recruitment experience, with some exposure in early careers.
  • Data-driven and analytical; able to use data to tell a story and form perspectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills while being resilient, agile, adaptable, and collaborative.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft applications and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Insights (including Boolean string searches, etc.) as well as ATS systems.
  • Additional plus to have prior exposure working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced organization.
  • Good to have - strong interest in latest HR tools, especially for sourcing/CRM related.
