Job Description:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate with expertise in IT and ERP talent sourcing to join our recruitment team. This role requires proficiency in sourcing SAP professionals, experience using Chinese job boards, and Mandarin language skills to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking clients and candidates. If you have a passion for recruiting in the tech space and a proven track record of sourcing Chinese nationals for technical roles, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and recruit top IT and ERP talent, with a strong focus on SAP roles and technical positions.

  2. Leverage Chinese job boards and other region-specific platforms to proactively identify qualified Chinese nationals.

  3. Engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates to assess fit, discuss career opportunities, and manage interview processes.

  4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

  5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  6. Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  7. Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs, especially within niche technical areas.

  8. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to improve sourcing strategies and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT and ERP talent sourcing.

  3. Experience sourcing SAP professionals is a significant advantage.

  4. Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates.

  5. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and creative sourcing techniques.

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  8. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
