Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working with People Experience Business Partners, hiring managers, and external recruiters.
Develop, implement, and maintain talent acquisition strategies and processes to meet current and future business hiring needs, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external candidates and stakeholders.
Work on key talent acquisition initiatives that include but are not limited to employer branding, campus outreach and network, selection tools, and interview guides and assessments.
Engage in and manage sourcing channels, advanced search capabilities, pipelines, and run Talent Acquisition data.
Ensure that each stage of the recruitment process is completed within the required time frame.
Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
Prepare recruitment-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reference checks. Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies.
Assist in the management of talent programmes including recruitment, assessment, onboarding, and development of talents.
Compile and analyse data, key statistics, and trends for L&D and TA to provide continual improvement to the current processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or other related disciplines.
2-3 years of relevant working experience as an HR Specialist either in Talent Acquisition or as an HR Generalist handling recruitment.
Experience in using Workday is preferred.
Knowledge of Employment Act, HR applications, and statutory requirements.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
