Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple clients and ensuring that all aspects of the service are maintained as per the Client documentation in relation to Transfer Agency.
The department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Client Service levels and act as the escalation point to manage issues, queries received from Clients and their distributors and investors and bring them to resolution on a timely manner
- Oversee timely completion and publication of monthly reporting including key performance indicators and review of monthly reporting packs with Clients
- Provide expertise for the development of new TA Products and develop documentation for the take on of these new products and services
- Participate / lead Client due diligence visits and coordinate the réponses to due diligence questionnaire
- Liaise with Clients to maintain Service Level documents and responsible for all client facing documentation and presentations
- Work with internal departments to ensure operational documentation such as operating procedures, checklists, etc are maintained to meet deliverable targets and deadlines
- Manage errors resolution, review all incident reports and maintain client incidents log in line with internal policy
- Manage new initiatives and changes in requirements arising from Clients, Regulators, Industry practices, internal policy changes to meet the target timelines
- Perform trend analysis, resolve exceptions, document issues and resolutions and communicate and escalate issues to management as appropriate
- Involve in testing activities as and when required
Skills/ Qualifications- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Prior experience in a client-focused role gained in the financial services or banking industry is an advantage
- Operational experience in a Transfer Agency role is desirable
- Good knowledge in local fund industry practices and regulatory requirements relating to Transfer Agency services is desirable
- Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills
- Ability to work independently and effective time management in meeting challenging deadlines.
- Good planning and organisation skills
