As a Systems Engineer (Networks), you will be responsible for managing and implementing large-scale IT/Engineering projects with quality, within scope, and ensuring deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer requirements.

What will you do?

1. Perform basic administration and checks to ensure the system is running as expected in terms of performance and security.
2. Generate Monthly Reports.
3. Serve as the Technical Support expert and handle escalations, incidents, outages, and infrastructure challenges.
4. Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation.
5. Evaluate and upgrade firewall hardware and/or firmware.
6. Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.
7. Maintain standard operating procedures (SOP), processes, and guidelines.
8. Willing to do 24 X 7 standby.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering / Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in IT Support, Network, Systems, or Cyber Security functions.
3. Familiarity with Cisco data center switches, routers, and Firepower.
4. Strong knowledge of firewall and network infrastructure topology.
5. Ability to work independently or as a team player.
