System Maintenance Engineer

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will take an active role in closely collaborating on project fulfillment, managing project documentation and subcontractor affairs, performing System and Database setups, resolving technical issues, supporting IT infrastructure, and possessing proficiency in areas like Networking and Windows OS.

Job Description:

• Closely collaborate with Project Maintenance Managers and Engineers to support the fulfillment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope.
• Perform System Setup, Database setup, and resolve technical & design issues.
• Support IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS.
• Basic setup of Network switches and perform network checks and IP address configuration of all network devices within the project.
• Installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, or equivalent.
• Proficient in SQL knowledge is a must.
• Proficient in Networking and Windows OS.
• Singaporeans only due to government-related projects.
• Knowledge in any of the following will be a strong plus:

1. Physical Access System experience - e.g., CCTV.
2. SQL management studio application and database table.
3. Vulnerabilities Assessment.
4. Windows patching, Anti-virus updating.
5. Domain administration with Active Directory.
6. Programming of managed switch.

Work Location

• 24 Ang Mo Kio Street 65, Electronics Hub.
• Will be deployed to various sites when necessary.
