System Engineer - Server / Microsoft 365 / Desktop / wm

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for customer systems, including Servers, PCs, Notebooks, Macs, and Printers.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud, Sophos Cloud, and other services.
• Work closely with the Team Lead on projects involving technologies like CCTV and system solutions, Active Directory, cloud migrations, and file servers to gain hands-on experience.
• Document system configurations and ensure all maintenance and troubleshooting tasks are properly logged.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least an ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
• Experience working in a System Integration (SI) environment is a plus.
• Candidates with MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) and virtualization experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, TCP/IP, DNS, and system issue troubleshooting.
• Able to install, configure, and maintain servers and IT infrastructure for maintenance clients.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for servicing and project-related work.
