System Engineer - EAST #HHL

Job Responsibilities

1. Setup, configure and maintain computer hardware, networks, and systems.
2. Troubleshoot and provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
3. Liaise with users and vendors for the delivery of solutions and services.
4. Manage data protection and cybersecurity functions.
5. Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance.
6. Assist in procurement and documentation of assets.
7. Provide network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading of application software, and system patches.
8. Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services and environment, such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc., including user provisioning, licensing, and other essential services.
9. Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security measures and policies, such as Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender, and MFA.
10. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows environment and troubleshooting, including email support.
11. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in a related discipline.
2. Strong background in IT support, network management, and cybersecurity.
3. Prior experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
